Ipsos has announced the acquisition of Karian & Box, the UK-based specialist in employee research and experience.

Ipsos is developing its employee relationship management capabilities to provide clients with the most advanced research and advisory solutions in the areas of employee experience, workplace culture, leadership and change management, the market research company said in a press statement.

Karian & Box collaborates with organisations to navigate the challenges of transformation programmes, cultural change and rallying employees behind new strategies or leadership teams, it added.
