Jenni Pfaff has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Head of Global Strategic Integration & Operations at Warner Chappell Music (WCM).
Pfaff will report to WCM Co-Chairs Guy Moot, CEO, and Carianne Marshall, COO.
Additionally, Jesse Dang has joined as Senior Vice President of People.
Pfaff joined Warner Chappell in 2019 as VP of People.
During her time at the company, Warner Chappell says that “she’s focused her efforts on transforming the company’s culture and driving the employee engagement strategy for a global team of over 500 employees”.
Prior to working at Warner Chappell, she founded Pfaff HR after spending 17 years working as a senior HR leader at PwC, Activision Blizzard, and Northrop Grumman.
Reporting to WMG’s EVP and Chief People Officer, Masha Osherova, Dang will focus on executing Warner Chappell’s People agenda across the company’s US, Europe, Latin America and Asia territories.
Dang has more than 20 years’ experience working in entertainment and media.
Most recently, he was the Head of People Partners, Sales & Distribution / News & Sports at WarnerMedia.
He previously spent 10 years at Warner Bros. Entertainment where he worked on a number of HR initiatives, including the reorganization efforts for a joint venture with Universal Pictures Home Entertainment.
